Pomonis, author of the EEFIT report), The Sannomiya survey has not addressed the damage level of each photographsed building, but only analyzed the situation of the collapsed buildings, due to lack of time/budget at the time. For the Sannomiya survey it may be worth digitizing the slides and tak another look at it if budget is available
